Threshold

well here we are
standing at the threshold
we've come this far
only to behold the glory of this moment
to be present~

all that's been
is fading as the darkness yields
before the dawn
I can feel the starkness of the power of the sunrise...
the light in your eyes~

and I just have to say
that I'm so very grateful to be here with you
witnessing the birth of this new attitude
and I just have to say
the beauty and the wonder take my breath away
and I hope that you can understand the magnitude
of my love for you~

well here we are

with open arms
welcoming the golden dawn into our beating hearts
a brand new start ~

and all that is
beckoning before us now
rejoices that we are facing without fear the unknown future
I feel sure ~
